HOW TO USE:
Take 2 capsules at night before bedtime. This allows the collagen
to work at its optimum level. This is due to the body going
into the alpha sleep mode which is the repair mode and is
within the first 45 – 90 minutes.

Q. Are there any side effects with the collagen capsules ?
A. Generally there are no known side effects or contra- indications with the capsules, however if you are pregnant or have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) it is not recommended to take this supplement
